This process is completed immediately prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
If requested the check in clerk along with the new tenant will together check all items and schedule of condition detailed in the inventory report. Any changes/alterations agreed during the process will be noted and signed for during the Check In. The information will then be transferred to the original Inventory Report and the report re-issued to all the parties involved. This ensures everyone involved with the rental of the property are in exact agreement as to the condition of the property and it’s contents at commencement of tenancy.
